In this context of scripture, Paul talks to us about our role in destroying every obstacle that stands against the truth of Christ. Remember that earlier I said, anxiety is as much a spiritual battle as it is a mental battle.
In other words, anything that does not align with the Spirit and Word of God has got to go.
And that includes the thoughts that arise in opposition to our faith.
After you have identified the specifics of your anxiety cycles, and have gone through the steps to not worry, here are the two steps you can do to work through anxiety.
